Science

At Ward End Primary, we believe that children have a natural curiosity about the world around them and the enthusiasm to want to make sense of it. 

Our children are involved in a wide range of activities that are practical, relevant, co-operative and satisfying which are further developed through the Grammasaurus Science scheme. 

The scheme aims to give children an understanding of the scientific processes. This includes a range of skills which involve asking questions, planning and enquiry, observing and measuring, recording, interpreting, reporting and evaluating.
